About the Founder
Thallio was founded by an HR professional with 12 years of HR experience, shaped through a mix of UK‑based and international roles. Their career began in employee training and people management, developing people early on before moving into HR.
They’ve supported leaders at multiple levels and worked across a wide range of functions. Their experience spans talent development, leadership capability, employee engagement, workforce planning and people analytics — the same areas Thallio now specialises in.
They hold an MA and BA in Human Resource Management, and are a CIPD‑qualified HR professional.
Before creating Thallio, they worked in senior HR roles supporting leaders in multiple countries, shaping people strategies, guiding organisational change, strengthening employee engagement and building strong, ready‑now talent pipelines. A key part of their work involved analysing people data and turning it into clear, actionable insights — helping leaders make decisions that delivered the greatest impact.
